The Sun Master AHL Series combines heavy-duty construction, a large 80 mm spindle bore and automatic lubrication technology to deliver reliable performance for demanding turning and machining applications.
Description
The Sun Master AHL Series is a range of heavy-duty conventional lathes available in 1840, 1860, 1880, 18120, 2240, 2260, 2280 and 22120 models. Designed for demanding machining applications, the series features a large 80 mm spindle bore, ASA D1-8 spindle nose and robust construction for reliable performance.
All models are equipped with automatic headstock lubrication and an external oil cooling system to enhance machine longevity and operating efficiency. Mechanical clutch operation is standard on all models, excluding E.V.S. versions, while CE-compliant electrical systems are available on request.

- All castings are properly stabilized and stress relieved.
- Bed ways are hardened & ground to min. HRC48-55.
- Turcite B coating between the bed and carriage.

- Y-Δ type spindle motor equipped to make sure smooth start and operatrion.
