The MCT PLUS Series is a range of large gantry-style Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) designed for demanding industrial metrology applications. Engineered for the inspection of large and complex components, the MCT PLUS combines a specialised structural design with Dual Drive and Dual Read systems on the guideways to help minimise structural deformation during machine movement.
This design enables the machine to maintain high levels of measurement performance across large measuring volumes, making it well suited to heavy industry and large-scale manufacturing environments.
MCT PLUS systems are commonly used for the inspection of large components such as marine engines and marine transmissions, aeronautical structures, rotors, components for nuclear and thermal power plants, and wind turbine components.
