Description
The Sun Master CRL Series is available in 1440, 1640 and 1660 models and is designed to provide accurate, dependable CNC turning performance. Featuring a rigid machine structure and precision-engineered headstock, the series delivers smooth operation, excellent thermal stability and consistent machining accuracy.
The hardened and ground headstock gears, combined with a pressurised lubrication system and separate oil reservoir, ensure reliable performance while minimising heat build-up during extended machining cycles. A multi-belt drive system further reduces vibration and promotes smooth spindle operation.
For enhanced productivity, the CRL Series can be equipped with an optional power turret, hydraulic turret or quick-change tooling system. Convenient manual controls, electronic handwheels and a movable operator control box provide flexibility and ease of operation for a wide range of turning applications.
