The Sun Master FC Series combines heavy-duty construction, precision machining performance and versatile operation. Featuring a large 80 mm spindle bore, universal feed gearbox and robust gear head design, it is ideal for demanding workshop and production environments.
Description
The Sun Master FC Series is a range of heavy-duty gear head conventional lathes available in 1640, 1660, 1840, 1860, 1880, 2140, 2160 and 2180 models. Designed for reliability and precision, the series features a robust one-piece stand, universal feed gearbox and reversible apron for versatile machining applications.
Equipped with an 80 mm spindle bore and ASA D1-8 spindle nose, the FC Series provides excellent capacity and tooling compatibility. Hardened and ground slideways enhance accuracy and durability, while CE-compliant electrical systems are available on request.

- All castings are properly stabilized and stress relieved.
- Bed ways are hardened & ground to min. HRC48-55.
- Turcite B coating between the bed and carriage.
