GROB G150

The GROB PSS-T300 Tower Pallet Storage System is an automation solution designed to increase machine utilisation, improve production throughput, and support flexible manufacturing environments. Developed as part of GROB’s automation portfolio, the system enables the creation of efficient manufacturing cells by automating pallet handling and workpiece changeovers.

Designed for integration with GROB G150, G350, and G350a 5-Axis Universal Machining Centres, the PSS-T300 automatically loads and unloads pallets, reducing manual intervention and enabling extended unattended production. This makes the system particularly suitable for smaller workshops and manufacturers where a single operator may be responsible for multiple machines.

The tower-style design provides a compact footprint while maintaining excellent access to the machining area. Flexible configuration options allow the system to be connected to one or two machines and equipped with one or two setup stations to suit individual production requirements.

The PSS-T300 supports multiple pallet formats, including Erowa ITS148, PC210, and GROB standard 320 × 320 mm and 400 × 400 mm pallets. Depending on pallet type, the system can store up to 81 round pallets or up to 38 square pallets. Integrated control software provides intuitive operation and simplified management of automated manufacturing processes.
