Maximart 4VS

The Maximart 4VS Turret Mill is a heavy-duty Taiwanese-built milling machine designed for precision machining, toolroom work, maintenance operations, and general engineering applications. Featuring a larger work envelope and more powerful spindle than smaller turret mill models, the 4VS is well suited to demanding milling tasks requiring rigidity, accuracy, and versatility.

Built around a robust Meehanite cast iron structure, the machine delivers excellent vibration damping and long-term dimensional stability. The ISO 40 spindle taper and 5 HP spindle motor provide the power and rigidity required for a wide range of machining operations, while the variable-speed spindle allows operators to optimise cutting performance across different materials and tooling requirements.

Supplied with a 3-axis digital readout (DRO) and X-axis power feed as standard, the Maximart 4VS enhances machining efficiency and positioning accuracy. The swivelling head design further increases flexibility, allowing a wide range of milling, drilling, and machining operations to be completed on a single machine.
