The Micro Dynamics MEGA 30VT is a compact 5-axis vertical machining centre designed for complex multi-sided machining applications. Featuring an integrated trunnion table and high-performance spindle system, the machine provides efficient access to multiple faces of a component in a single setup, reducing handling time and improving overall machining accuracy.
Built on a rigid FC300 Meehanite cast iron structure, the MEGA 30VT is engineered to deliver high-speed machining performance while maintaining stability during demanding cutting operations. The machine is equipped with a 15,000 rpm dual-contact spindle as standard, with higher-speed spindle options available for applications requiring increased productivity and surface finish quality.
