The Micro Dynamics MEGA 30V is a compact high-performance vertical machining centre engineered for precision machining applications in industries such as aerospace, automotive, mould and die, and general engineering. Combining a rigid machine structure with advanced spindle technology and high-speed motion control, the MEGA 30V delivers exceptional productivity, accuracy, and surface finish quality.
Built on an optimised FC300 Meehanite cast iron structure, the machine provides excellent vibration damping and machining stability during demanding cutting operations. The 15,000 rpm built-in spindle delivers 41 HP and 141 Nm of torque, while optional higher-speed spindle configurations are available for applications requiring enhanced finishing performance.
The machine incorporates Micro Dynamics’ DYPEC® thermal compensation technology, which continuously monitors and compensates for thermal growth effects to maintain positioning accuracy during long machining cycles. Combined with the Mitsubishi M830VW CNC control and Micro Dynamics touchscreen HMI, operators benefit from intuitive machine operation, simplified setup procedures, and efficient program management.
With rapid traverse rates, high-speed tool changing, and a compact footprint, the MEGA 30V is designed to maximise machining output while minimising floor space requirements.
