Description
The Micro Dynamics MEGA 30VT is a compact 4+1 axis vertical machining centre designed for high-precision, multi-sided machining in a single setup. Featuring an integrated trunnion table and advanced machining technologies, the machine enables efficient access to multiple faces of a workpiece, reducing setup times and improving overall productivity.
Built on a heavily ribbed FC300 Meehanite cast iron structure, the MEGA 30VT delivers excellent rigidity, vibration damping, and thermal stability during demanding machining operations. The high-performance built-in spindle provides the speed and torque required for both roughing and finishing applications, while the integrated trunnion table allows complex components to be machined with greater efficiency and accuracy.
Micro Dynamics’ DYPEC® thermal compensation technology continuously monitors and compensates for thermal growth effects, helping maintain machining accuracy throughout extended production cycles. Combined with the Mitsubishi M830VW CNC control and touchscreen HMI, the machine offers intuitive operation, advanced motion control, and efficient production management.
Its compact footprint, high-speed tool changing, and multi-axis capabilities make the MEGA 30VT ideally suited to aerospace, medical, mould and die, and precision engineering applications.
