Description
The Micro Dynamics TERA 50V is a high-performance vertical machining centre designed for demanding production environments requiring heavy material removal, precision machining, and exceptional reliability. Combining a large work envelope with a compact machine footprint, the TERA 50V is ideally suited to aerospace, mould and die, automotive, and general engineering applications.
Built around a heavily ribbed FC300 Meehanite cast iron structure, the machine delivers excellent rigidity and vibration damping for stable machining performance. The high-performance built-in spindle provides rapid acceleration, high torque output, and excellent thermal stability, enabling efficient machining across a wide range of materials and applications.
Micro Dynamics’ patented DYPEC® thermal compensation technology continuously monitors and corrects thermal growth effects, helping maintain micron-level accuracy during long production runs. Combined with the Mitsubishi M830VW CNC control and Micro Dynamics HMI, operators benefit from intuitive machine control, simplified programming, and efficient setup procedures.
