NAVY series consists of 5-axis advanced machining centers especially designed for shipyard’s specific needs.
Description
A wide range of models and cutting heads enable to meet any kind of dimensional and technological requirement. The shipyards who chose Belotti's Navy machining centres incremented their constructive quality and efficiency shortly; furthermore, the quality of working environment has greatly improved, thanks to the various accessories offered with the machining center, such as effective dust suction equipments and active/passive safety systems.
The rigid, cartesian structure, equipped with a suspended bridge, is designed to offer a unique combination in terms of performance: reduced machining time, flexibility, high-quality surface finishes and durability. Production capacity can be further increased with the installation of a second independent bridge for simultaneous machining on different parts or the same part.
Total enclosures, dust extraction grids, push and pull systems, and active/passive safety devices significantly enhance the safety of all Belotti machining centers, which have been selected by many renowned shipyards globally.

- Versatile configurations: Multiple travel ranges (X up to 43 m, Y up to 8.8 m, Z up to 6.9 m) and spindle powers (15-42 kW, up to 24,000 rpm) to suit different workpiece sizes and materials.
- Material handling: Processes resin models, fiberglass hulls, carbon fiber, Kevlar, honeycomb, aluminum, and other high‑strength composites.
- High flexibility: Single machine can perform modeling, trimming, and structural part machining; optional second independent bridge for simultaneous machining Belotti.
