The NPC 730 is a heavy-duty 730-ton servo hydraulic injection moulding machine specifically engineered for high-volume production of large plastic containers, pails, and industrial packaging products. Optimised for manufacturing plastic pails up to 20 litres in capacity, the machine combines high-speed injection performance, energy-efficient operation, and robust machine construction to maximise productivity and reduce operating costs.
Featuring a specialised high-output injection system, enlarged servo motor, and high-capacity hydraulic pump, the NPC 730 achieves rapid cycle times while maintaining excellent moulding consistency. Its large mould space and extended opening stroke make it ideal for automated pail production lines, including systems equipped with In-Mould Labelling (IML) technology.
