Description
The ZOPO SHL60W CNC Turning Centre is a high-performance multi-tasking machine designed to complete complex turning and milling operations in a single setup. Featuring a dual-spindle configuration, Y-axis functionality, and driven tooling, the SHL60W significantly reduces production times by allowing both sides of a component to be machined without manual repositioning.
Engineered for precision and productivity, the machine combines a powerful main spindle with an independent sub-spindle, enabling complete front and back-end machining within one cycle. This reduces handling, improves dimensional accuracy, and increases throughput for complex components.
Built on a rigid 45° slant-bed structure manufactured from HT300 resin sand cast iron, the SHL60W delivers outstanding thermal stability, vibration resistance, and heavy-cutting capability. The addition of a BMT-style driven turret and Y-axis movement expands the machine’s capabilities beyond conventional turning, allowing milling, drilling, tapping, contouring, and off-centre machining operations to be performed efficiently on a single platform.
